Session DescriptionThis session will introduce version 2.0 of RsyncX, a suite of tools for file backup and distribution for Mac OS X. With an RsyncXCD or additional boot device, RsyncX can also be used for the initial installation of operating system and application files as well. Kevin Boyd, the author of the RsyncX suite, will give an in-depth discussion of RsyncX capabilities. A case study demonstrating the functionality of RsyncX in an enterprise environment will be presented by The University of Michigan School of Art and Design. Download the WebCast Slides
